Poa Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Issued by the Board of Directors Effective Date: April 2025

At Poa Internet we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and integrity in everything we do.

Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct outlines the principles that guide how we operate, ensuring that our employees, suppliers, and partners act responsibly and with integrity at all times. It applies to all Directors, Executive Officers, Employees, and third partners who transact business with Poa, setting a clear expectation of the standards we must follow. This code helps our people do the right thing wherever we conduct business, even when no one is watching.

Purpose

Through This Policy, we;

  • Confirm our commitment to operating according to the highest ethical standards and lawful business conduct.
  • Provide a framework aimed at combating and preventing bribery, corruption, money laundering and other unethical practices and promoting standards and best practices in governance.
  • Commit to fighting against fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering and any other ethical violations through continuous sensitization of staff and stakeholders to cultivate a culture of integrity.
  • Will address ethical violationns, including conflict of interest, fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering and terrorism financing practises fairly, objectively and decisively and persons found culpable shall be dealt with under the provisions of this Code and the relevant laws.
  • Confirm our commitment to creating a zero tolerance to bribery and corruption working zone .

We expect all our Board members, Directors, Executive Officers, Employees ans third parties who transact business with Poa to oobserve and comply with the standards outlined in the policy.
